We spy a smile! The notoriously serious
Victoria Beckham let loose on Wednesday, Oct. 15, inside her London flagship store, flashing several toothy grins as she greeted shoppers.
The mother of four, 40, wore fitted jeans and a baggy black sweater
with black stiletto boots for the visit. Beckham kept her long, wavy
brunette locks down and wore minimal makeup as she wandered around the
new retail space.
David Beckham’s designer wife opened the new store on London’s Dover Street in September, and told
Women’s Wear Daily that she had
banned cash registers, which she considers “ugly.” Instead, guests will check out on an iPad.
This is the former Spice Girl’s first official store. It spans three floors and 6,040 square feet.
“There are a lot of people — the general public — who’ve continued on
this journey with me, and I want everybody to feel welcome, whether
they’re going to buy something, or whether they just want to come and
check out the architecture," she told WWD in September. "And I really
wanted people to get a sense of me the minute they walked through the
door."
The ex-pop star released her eponymous fashion label in 2008.
